At Home Lending of America, we’re big on presenting options for our clients. Upon prequalification, we will assist the client (and their agent), in selecting the loan program that best suits their needs.

It all begins with either an Intro Consultation, or our Online Loan Application. From there, we’re able to request and gather documentation through our simple Loan Portal.

We prequalify our homebuyers within 48 hours, but typically much quicker. We also provide weekend support!

We receive conditional loan approval within 2-3 business days of submission, and strive to get our loans ‘Clear to Close’ in 14 days or less! We update you, your client, and the listing agent every step of the process.
